The program allows for the subject properties rental income to offset the mortgage payments using 100% of the rental income with no discounted % requirements. No Income or Tax Returns are required, no other debts are considered; therefore, no DTI requirements.

* Credit Scores from 680 for up to 70% Loan To Value

* Credit Scores from 720 for up to 75% Loan To Value

* Investment Property only

* Loans Up to $2,000,000

* 6 months total payments for subject property with new loan is required for reserves

* No Income – No Tax Returns required
